Voltkeep Home Energy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

The short version. Voltkeep is independent and free for homeowners. When you ask to be matched, we evaluate your request and follow up. If we accept your match request, we disclose the information described here to the one installer identified to you; if no suitable installer is available, we will not disclose your request to an installer. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal exceptions, including limited suppression and consent records we retain to honor opt-outs and prove compliance.

1. Who we are

Voltkeep Home Energy ("Voltkeep", "we", "us") is a service operated by TIGADONAMAX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. TIGADONAMAX LLC is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Contact: TIGADONAMAX LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: contact@voltkeepenergy.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to information we collect through our website and the "Get matched" request form. Voltkeep is an independent guide and referral service for Dallas–Fort Worth homeowners; we are not an installer, manufacturer, or utility.

3. Information we collect

The service is intended only for US residents. It is not directed to individuals in the EU, EEA, or UK, and individuals outside the US should not submit information.

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
  • Property details: ZIP code or city, and — if you choose to share it — your address.
  • Qualification details: whether you own the home, approximate monthly electric bill range, what's motivating your interest, and your timeline.
  • Consent records: the fact, time and wording of the consent you give to be contacted (including a consent certificate from a third-party verification provider).

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

Information from third parties

  • Verification and enrichment data used to confirm your contact details are valid and that the property is owner-occupied, from service providers acting on our behalf.

4. How we use your information

We do not collect or purchase precise geolocation, biometric, health, citizenship or immigration-status, or other TDPSA-sensitive data. Our verification and enrichment providers are contractually prohibited from returning those fields.

  • To match you with one vetted local installer and pass your request to that installer.
  • To contact you about your request and about home-battery / backup-power options.
  • To verify, secure, operate, and improve the service and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. Marketing calls and texts (your consent)

When you submit the form and check the consent box, you give express written consent for Voltkeep and the specific installer identified to you before you submit to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded messages, and text — about home-energy options. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method: reply STOP to a text, tell a caller you revoke, or email contact@voltkeepenergy.com. We apply revocation to future covered calls and texts as required by law and may send one confirming non-marketing message. You need not use the same method by which you consented.

6. How we share your information

  • Installer. If we accept your match request, we disclose contact, property, qualification, and consent-record data to the one installer identified to you; if no suitable installer is available, we will not disclose your request to an installer. The installer is contractually limited to responding to that request and related purposes, but independently controls its own follow-up.
  • Verification and enrichment providers. Contact and property data used to verify the request.
  • Hosting, security, and analytics providers. Identifiers, device and usage data, and consent records needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Legal and transaction recipients. Categories relevant to a legal, safety, fraud-prevention, merger, acquisition, financing, or asset-sale matter.

Processors are contractually restricted to providing services for us.

7. "Sale," "sharing" and targeted advertising

At your direction, we disclose your request to the one installer identified to you so that installer can respond. Voltkeep may receive referral compensation from that installer. This is a disclosure needed to provide the requested service. We do not otherwise sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.

9. Your privacy rights

We recognize qualifying browser or device universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell personal information or run targeted advertising, a signal does not change our current practice, but we will honor it before beginning any such activity.

Texas residents (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act)

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of any sale or targeted advertising. Appeal by emailing contact@voltkeepenergy.com with the subject "Texas Privacy Appeal." We will respond in writing within 60 days with reasons. If we deny the appeal, we will provide the Texas Attorney General's online complaint mechanism. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing, and to non-discrimination for exercising them.

To exercise any right, email contact@voltkeepenergy.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Data retention

We generally retain unmatched lead records for approximately 90 days; matched-request and installer-disclosure records for approximately 24 months after the last interaction; marketing- suppression and consent evidence for approximately four years after the last call or text (longer if a claim or investigation is pending); raw analytics identifiers for approximately 13 months; and verification or enrichment results for approximately 90 days unless folded into a matched- request record. We then delete or de-identify information, subject to legal needs.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's privacy

The service is intended for adult homeowners (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International data transfers

Voltkeep operates in the United States and your information is processed and stored in the US, which may have data-protection laws different from those where you live.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.

How we make money. Voltkeep is free for homeowners and independent — not an installer, manufacturer or utility. When you choose to be matched we introduce you to a single vetted local installer, who pays us a referral fee if you connect. It never changes what you pay, and your details are never sold to a shared list.
