Voltkeep Home Energy
Terms of Use
Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using this website or submitting a match request, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. The service is operated by TIGADONAMAX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
2. What Voltkeep is — and isn't
Voltkeep is an independent information resource and referral/matching service. We help homeowners compare their options (buying, subscribing, battery-rewards programs, or generators) and introduce them to one vetted local installer.
Voltkeep is not a solar or battery installer, electrical contractor, equipment manufacturer, utility, lender, or licensed energy, tax, or financial advisor. We do not sell, install, service, or finance equipment, and we do not provide professional advice.
3. Information only — not professional advice
Content on this site (including comparisons, cost ranges, and incentive information such as utility rebates) is general information that changes over time and may not reflect your situation. Program amounts and eligibility (for example, utility or tax incentives) change — verify current details with the provider, a licensed professional, or the relevant agency before making decisions.
4. Eligibility and how matching works
The service is for homeowners aged 18+ in our service area. When you submit a request, we may disclose it to the one vetted local installer identified to you. If no suitable installer is available, we will not disclose your request to an installer. We do not guarantee that an installer will contact you, provide a quote, or offer any particular price or timeline.
At your direction, the identified installer receives the request only so it can respond and handle related purposes under its contract with us. Voltkeep may receive referral compensation from that installer. We do not otherwise sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. No guarantees
- We don't guarantee any quote, price, savings, financing approval, incentive eligibility, or installation outcome.
- We don't guarantee that any installer will respond or that a product is right for your home.
- Information may contain errors or become out of date; we provide it "as is."
6. Independent installers
Installers we match you with are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. We do not endorse, warrant, or take responsibility for their advice, quotes, workmanship, products, pricing, licensing, or conduct. Any contract, purchase, or dispute is solely between you and the installer. We recommend you verify licensing, insurance, reviews, and quotes yourself.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information, and only submit your own details (or those you're authorized to submit).
- Confirm you are the homeowner or are authorized to request work for the property.
- Use the service lawfully and not for any fraudulent or abusive purpose.
8. Consent to be contacted
By submitting the form with the consent box checked, you give express written consent for Voltkeep and the specific installer identified to you during the request to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy, including by automated call or text. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to revoke SMS.
9. Intellectual property
The Voltkeep name, content, and design are owned by TIGADONAMAX LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission, except as needed to use the service normally.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, submit false information, or use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty regarding installers, products, or results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither you nor TIGADONAMAX LLC will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This exclusion and the cap below do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of data-security or confidentiality obligations, infringement, personal injury, or any liability or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
For all other claims, each party's aggregate liability is capped at the greater of US $500 or the amounts the claimant paid Voltkeep during the 12 months before the relevant event.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify TIGADONAMAX LLC, its members, and service providers against third-party claims to the extent directly caused by your knowing unlawful use, intentional submission of another person's information without authorization, or material breach of these Terms. This excludes claims caused by Voltkeep's negligence, willful misconduct, or legal violation. We will give prompt notice. You may control the defense with counsel reasonably acceptable to us, and no settlement may impose liability on you without your consent.
14. Governing law, arbitration, and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while non-waivable consumer protections remain available. Before starting arbitration, either party must send written notice describing the dispute and requested relief. Send notices to contact@voltkeepenergy.com and the address in Section 17. The parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days after receipt.
If unresolved, either party may require binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration is on an individual basis only. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies a court could award, and judgment on the award may be entered in a court with jurisdiction.
Either party may bring an eligible individual action in small-claims court. Nothing prevents a complaint to a government regulator or agency. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing contact@voltkeepenergy.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," your name, and a clear opt-out statement within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.
If the class or representative waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will proceed in court and the rest remains in arbitration. Otherwise, an unenforceable part is severed and the remainder enforced. Court matters permitted here must be brought in state or federal courts in Wyoming unless applicable law requires another venue.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms prospectively from the stated effective date. We will provide prominent advance notice of material changes. Material changes to dispute resolution, liability, or data use do not apply retroactively. The Terms in effect when a dispute arose govern that dispute.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
